Image checks unable to help me
I have used Image checks for 15 years-but with takeover of Style- customer service is awful- could not rush an order for -could not fax me an order form- had to mail it-7-12days!!!! Awful customer service.Will not use again...the girl did not know what she was doing -kept asking for help..Could not help me and it was very frustrating-now I have to find a new place to get top stub checks.This was an awful experience.Image checks-why did you have to get taken over- really will miss you. Terrible..terrrible..terrible

Image Checks is For Real
I have been ordering personal checks from Image Checks for almost 20 years and have been thoroughly pleased with the quality of their products and their consumer-friendly customer service. The one and only time I had a misspelling issue, the error was corrected and the new shipment of checks was received in less than 3 days for free. Also, this company is one of the very few that carries my preferred check format (top stub) and does so in an eclectic array of image styles. As long as they keep providing this kind of quality and service, I will continute to utilize and recommend them to everyone I know!

I haven't been impressed with them either. Last time I ordered checks it took over a month to receive them.
That is totally unacceptable! I told customer service that if this happened again, they would be losing a twenty-plus year customer.
I just ordered some checks almost two weeks ago, if I don't have them by the end of the week, they WILL be history! :eek
